Cancel Registration:

All registrations with Play Tennis Academy (“PTA”) are considered final upon enrollment and payment. PTA does not provide refunds, credits, or transfers for cancellations made after enrollment, including, without limitation, cancellations resulting from illness, injury, travel, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.

Requests to change or transfer a participant from one tennis program, session, class, or camp to another must be submitted to PTA Management at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled first day of the applicable session or camp. All program changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Any requested change must receive prior written approval from PTA Management. If a program change is approved, an administrative fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the value of the original program registration will apply. Any difference in program fees resulting from the approved change will also be payable by the participant prior to the change being confirmed.

Once the applicable fourteen (14)-day deadline has passed, PTA reserves the right to decline any request for a program change, transfer, credit, or refund.

By completing registration and payment, the participant or parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Cancellation, Refund & Program Change Policy.

No Make-Up Classes:
PTA does not provide make-up classes for any missed lessons.

Check-In Responsibility:
Parents or guardians must check in their children upon arrival, regardless of whether they stay or leave.
Supervision Requirements:
Children 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult, except during registered programs, classes, or lessons.

Children 6 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult during registered programs and private lessons.
Responsibility Disclaimer:
PTA is not responsible for the behaviour of parents/guardians or children, whether supervised or unattended.
Behavioural Standards:
Disruptive or negligent behaviour may result in immediate removal from the premises.
The facility reserves the right to permanently prohibit entry for disruptive children.
Health Considerations:
Ill children should not be brought to the facility. Parents are encouraged to use their best judgement for everyone's safety.
Support:
Parents are encouraged to support their children but must respect coaches’ authority during practices and matches.

Commitment to Respect:
PTA is dedicated to a respectful and safe environment for all individuals.
Definitions:
Harassment: Unwelcome conduct that creates an intimidating or hostile environment.
Violence: Physical force intended to cause harm or threats of harm.
Responsibilities:
All individuals are expected to treat each other with respect. Management is responsible for enforcing this policy.
Reporting Procedure:
Report incidents to management or designated personnel.
An investigation will be conducted promptly and confidentially.
Confidentiality:
All complaints will be handled with sensitivity and privacy.
Non-Retaliation:
Retaliation against individuals reporting harassment or participating in investigations is prohibited.

Insurance Responsibility:
PTA does not provide insurance. Participants are responsible for their own medical expenses.
Acknowledgement of Risks:
Participants acknowledge inherent risks in athletic activities.
Consent for Medical Treatment:
Consent is given for emergency medical treatment in case of injury or illness.
Waiver of Liability:
Participants waive liability against PTA for medical treatment.
Safety Measures:
Participants must obey safety rules and report any physical problems.

No Responsibility for Lost Items:
PTA will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles inside or outside the premises.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Rain Forecast:
If rain is in the forecast for more than 80% of chances we may cancel within 12 hours before we start the camp

Unpredictable Rain:
In the event of unpredictable rain during camp, activities will continue as planned, and will resume as soon as conditions are safe. Parents will be informed   in case camp needs to be cancel completely and participants need to be picked up earlier.
